Erica Ostermann smiling woman with glasses

Hello, I’m Erica Ostermann.

I partner with people of all ages during their life transitions to create spaces that align with their present moment.

My approach

With years of experience supporting individuals through life transitions (and a love for organization systems) I help professionals who are balancing it all do the work of aligning their space to find more ease and efficiency in their days. I assist with defining goals, planning, on-site implementation, relocations, and more, all with the utmost discretion.

I travel with tea and tissues because when handling personal artifacts we are also holding the experiences and emotions connected to them.

Life transitions are an incredible moment of potential growth and vulnerability— one that is often sidelined by the accompanying stress and logistics. I help tame the interruptions so you can be more present in the moment.

    STUDENT
    CORNELL UNIVERSITY

  • I felt that Erica met me and my real-honest-me without judgment, which is important to me. And I feel more rooted in myself and able to have boundaries with my work.

SOCIAL WORK PIVOTING PROFESSIONALLY AND MOM IN WHIRLWIND OF CHANGE

  • It's pretty easy to be able to start cleaning stuff up once you’re in the mindset, you just need a good starting point. And I think that she’s really good at that, and making things that have previously seemed incredibly difficult really easy. And I think that was really nice. I had a lot of fun, too.

TEEN DAUGHTER FROM A MOTHER & DAUGHTER PAIR

  • I was hesitant to work with Erica because I was worried about judgment of my space being so messy by somebody who I know to be so clean and organized. But that definitely was not true, which is great.

    MARKETING PROFESSIONAL AND ART COLLECTOR

  • She is not afraid to try something new, while being realistic of both the effort involved and the potential payoff.

  • It was a great experience. Erica really kept me focused and actually motivated me to do more in my spare time.

PHYSICIAN AND MOTHER OF A TEENAGER WITH NOT ENOUGH FREE TIME

  • Her outgoing personality and energy are infective and contribute to her ability to connect so well with others.

    FORMER COLLEAGUE

  • I love working with her because we can discuss options openly, giving and accepting constructive feedback. She will both enthusiastically support my good ideas and question the ones that need questioning.
